How it works
- Create an account and complete the 7-step application (about 10 minutes).
- Council staff verify your CSLB license, business registration, and insurance.
- Approved businesses appear in the public directory with a Verified badge.
- Verified contractors can submit sealed bids on Council projects.

- Understand that failure to follow these standards may result in removal from the contractor/vendor list or program participation.
